About Charity

Since 1993 when I began my career in real estate, I have learned from some of the best real estate agents and companies in Colorado.   I have assisted, sold, managed, coached and trained.  In 2005, I had the opportunity to begin sharing that experience by becoming an instructor for the Colorado Association of REALTORS, and shortly thereafter VanEd and The Real Estate School.  I’ve expanded my business to include consultation in a variety of forms.  Since October 2011,  I have had the privilege of serving as the Managing Broker and Regional Director for ERA Herman Group Northern Colorado.
